- Shi'i
Concept of Imaamat Explained
Q: I came across your website and it made for interesting reading on how
you knowingly or unknowingly incite hatred amongst the Muslim ummah. The book in
question, "The Faith of Shia Islam", clearly states the lesser stature of the
Imams of the Shia faith as compared to the Prophet in the very sentence that you
chose to quote incorrectly.

Myths and Legends: Hadhrat Umar [radhiallaahu anhu] was
appointed by the first Khalifa without consultation (Shura)
Q: The Sunni viewpoint that leadership after Rasulullah
(sallallâhu alayhi warasallam) had to be decided upon through consultation...the second khalifah, 'Umar (RA) was appointed by the first
khalifah, Abű Bakr (RA) and not chosen through some method of consultation. This
indicates to me that Abu Bakr (RA) went against the Qur'aan by not consulting
the people, and 'Umar (RA) also went against the Qur'ân by allowing himself to
be put into a position of power in an illegitimate
fashion...
- Myths
and Legends: Hadhrat Umar [ra] attacked the house of Hadhrat
Faatima [ra] causing her to abort the child in her womb
One common thing Shias quote regarding Umar is that after the Event of Saqifa,
Hazrat Ali refused to give baya to Hazrat Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr ordered Umar and a
couple of Sahaba to go to Fatima's house and bring Ali to him. According to
sources such as The History of Tabari (and other sources), the Sahaba led by
Umar broke down the door and dragged Ali to Abu Bakr to pledge Baya.
- Why Did Ali [ra] not participate in
wars during the first 3 Khalifas??
The assumption underlying the question is that since
Sayyidunah Ali (Radhiallaahu Anhu) did not participate in the
campaigns of the first 3 khulafa, it can only mean that he was
averse to their rule, perhaps even to the point of not
recognising the legitimacy of their rule... by Moulana Taha

- Did Imaam
Nasaa'ie (ra) insult
the Sahaaba [ra]??
As for Imam an-Nasa'i, towards the end of his life he
traveled to Damascus where he found a lot of partiality
against Sayyiduna 'Ali. He therefore compiled a booklet
comprising of ahadith on the merits of Sayyiduna 'Ali and read
this book in his hadith sessions, intending thereby to bring
the people back to the way of the Ahl as-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah.
- Did Imaam Abu Hanifa (ra)
Study from Imaam Ja'far as-Saadiq
Imam Abu Hanifah was the pupil and intellectual successor
of his mentor, Hammad ibn Abi Sulayman, who was the successor
to Ibrahim an-Nakha'i, who was the successor to his uncle 'Alqamah
ibn Qays an-Nakha'i, who was the successor to Sayyiduna
'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (radhiallaahu anhu), who was sent as a
teacher to the city Kufah by Amir al-Mu'minin Sayyiduna 'Umar
ibn al-Khattab.

Myths and Legends: Aaisha [radhiallaahu
anha] advocated murder of Uthmaan [radhiallaahu anhu]

During her lifetime Hadhrath
Ayesha was a severe critic of Hadhrath Uthman, to the point that she advocated
his killing. How is it that following his murder, she chose to rebel against
Imam Ali (as) on the premise that his killers should be apprehended? Why did she
leave Makkah, portray Hadhrath Uthman as a victim and mobilise opposition from
Basrah? Was this decision based on her desire to defend Hadhrath Uthman or was
it motivated by her animosity towards Hadhrath Ali (as)? History records that
she said the following about Hadhrath Uthman "Kill this old fool (Na'thal),
for he is unbeliever"
-
Rabi` al-Awwal and the Shi'as
All of them, including Sayyiduna Muhammad [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam], says Khumayni,
failed to achieve that purpose, and that is why the Mahdi is needed.
- The
Other Villains of Karbala
In this partial retelling that concentrates upon what actually
happened at Karbalâ, and conveniently draws attention away from the other guilty
party in the ‘Âshűrâ tragedy, lies another tragedy in itself. For while Husayn's
martyrdom has been oft commemorated, and his physical
opponents and killers identified, cursed and
eliminated, no one has spared a moment's anger for
those who deserted him at the crucial hour

Karbalah - Another Act of Treason
If I had to truly distinguish my Shî‘ah I would find them
nothing other than pretenders. If I had to put them to the test I would only
find them to be apostates. If I were to scrutinise them I would be left with
only one in a thousand. Were I to sift them thoroughly I would be left with
only the handful that is truly mine. They have been sitting on cushions all
along, saying: " We are the Shî‘ah of ‘Alî... (Imaam Musa al-Kazimi)

Shi'ism - the most Dangerous Aspects
All who do not follow their creed are considered disbelievers.
"Doubt about the Imaamate of Wee is like doubt about the mission of Muhammad
(sallallahu alayhi wasallam). And one who doubts both should be killed if
possible, if he claims to be Muslim. On the other hand, disbelievers are like
the Jews and Christians and should not be killed for these reasons".
- Status
of the Sahaaba [radhiallaahu anhu] and the Shi'a
Objection
when the whole Qur'an is filled with references to the Muhajirin and the Ansar, then
how is one to go about interpreting things away, and how far can one then make
the claim that the meaning of the text has been corrupted? The real situation is
that they have chosen the madhhab of `Abdullah ibn Saba, but now they are in a
fix. They cannot refute the Qur'an, but neither are they accepting it.
- Shi'i manipulation and forging
of Sunni literature and scholars
Conversion to Shi'ism was a
relentlessly enforced policy of the Safavid state, and it had
several spinoffs, one of which was a rehabilitation of the
great intellectual figures of Iran's immediate and distant
past. Persons such as Imam al-Ghazali, Hafiz Abu Nu'aym of
Isfahan, the poet Sa'di of Shiraz, the muhaddith Jamal ad-Din
of Herat, and the theologian-philosopher Jalal ad-Din ad-Dawwani,
were rehabilitated to appear as either open or crypto-Shi'is.

Islamic
Ruling on Shi'ites
On
one occasion ash-Shaafi`ee said concerning the Shi`ites,
"I have not seen among the heretics a people more
famous for falsehood than the Raafidite Shi`ites." [Ibn
Taymeeyah, Minhaaj as-Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah, 1/39] On
another occasion he said, "Narrate knowledge from
everyone you meet except the Raafidite Shi`ites, because
they invent Hadeeths and adopt them as part of their
religion." [Ibid, p. 38]
- Shi'ism
Exposed
Shi’i religious literature
abundantly clarifies the fact that Shias believe in the
continuation of Nubuwwat after Rasulullah (Sallallaahu
Alayhi Wasallam). The only cover presented by
Shi’ism for this Kufr belief is a name, viz., Imaam.
Instead of calling the one they believe to be a Prophet or
Nabi or Rasool, they describe him as an Imaam,

Bidat - primary cause of
Deviation
A person who practices in innovation as far as religious matters are concerned
is called a mubtadi' in Arabic or a bid'ati in Urdu and Persian. It roughly
means to innovate or introduce heretical
doctrines, heresies, or actions with a suspicious
origin into the corpus of Islamic belief and
practice.

The
Menace of Grave-Worship
In the East, in countries such as India and Indonesia, the
bane of Muslim association and companionship with Hindus, Bhuddists and other
Mushrikeen (polytheists) have resulted in a high degree of social and religious
integration.
- Tomb
and Tazia Worship
How utterly sad and shocking really is the victory of the
Devil that Polytheistic modes of thought and behaviour, which have been the ruin
of the earlier communities, are now stealing in among the followers of a
religion that had taken such great pains to seal up all the passages they could
enter by!
- The Evil
of Bid'at
It has become difficult these days to distinguish Bid'aty from
Sunni as everyone claims to be the latter. Hence in order to mark out a person
who is addicted to Bid'at it would be necessary to examine the habits of his
usual associates. If the latter are found to practise Bid'at without being
frankly reprimanded by that person then it is a sure
sign of the fact that he is of the same category as
his close friends. Persons
- The Activities of
the Qadiyaanis
“The greater part of my life has been spent in supporting and
defending the British Government. I have written so many books regarding
the prohibition of Jehad and loyalty to the British that, were they to
be gathered together, they would fill fifty almirahs. I have distributed
these books in all countries: Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Kabul and Rum.’
- What is Qadiyaanism
… dishonours Allah, the Creator. Where can the human escape from that being in whose hands is every atom. He
says: I will come secretly like thieves. (Roohaani Khazaa’in Page 39, Vol. 20)

Reply to Mirza Tahir Ahmad
Whenever
Qadianis are disappointed over something or feel uneasy,
their leaders must embark on some mischief to prop them
up. This s customary with them. In this way they set their
progeny at rest. But as luck would have it, this
invariably results in more disgrace and greater ignominy
for them. In this context, a new activity has recently
emanated from their leader, Mirza Tahir Ahmad. He has
challenged all Muslims of the World for holding with him a
sort of 'Curses Rendezvous'. Reply to the aforesaid
challenge, sent to Mirza Tahir on behalf of the Writer, is
reproduced below.

A
Letter to a Pious Friend
You have a high regard for
Maulana Sayyid Abdul Aa'la Maududi. This question may be
surprising and shocking to you that why the respected
elders of the Ummah are up in arms against Janab Maulana
Sayyid Abdul Aa'la Maududi and his 'Islamic Movement'. I
ask you that why did the Ulama oppose Sir Sayyid Ahmed
Khan's 'Islaah Islam' move- ment, Abdullah Chackralwi's 'Qur'aanic
Movement', Ghulam Ahmed Parvez's 'Tulu Islam' movement,
Dr. Fazkyrragnab's renewal of Islam movement and the
progressive Islam movement of the socialists? ... by

- A
Brief History of the Mawdudi Calamity
I
admired many things about Mawdudi Saheb and detested many.
For a long time I did not wish to degrade him. I felt that
from his innovated style of presentation, the modern
generation could benefit. Although at times such
compositions appeared from his that it was not possible to
endure it, but taking into consideration the Deeni
well-being, I tolerated it and kept silent. I did not
forsee that this Fitnah would spread worldwide and have a
detrimental effect on the Arab world; that every day from
his master pen new bud would keep on blossoming and
indecent words would be used regarding the Sahaaba Kiraam
(Radhiallaahu Anhum) and the Anbiyaa (Alayhimus salaam). Later on, such things appeared daily in the
'Tafhimul Qur`aan'.
